When Instacart hired my CIRCUS/Media.Monks team, the task was simply put: Change the sentiment on Instagram and Twitter by decreasing negative comments about the service and increase conversation about the content itself.

  • I led a creative team out of Bogota, Colombia to infuse humor and meme-style images into all creative assets. By conducting real-time analysis of post performance, I consistently pivoted and optimized our strategy, resulting in a 30% increase in positive sentiment over three months.
